In accordance with Google Play Developer Policy and global data protection regulations (GDPR/CCPA), Remaster Archive provides users with a direct path to request the permanent deletion of their account and all associated personal data.

You do not need to have the app installed on your device to submit this request.

1. What Data Will Be Deleted?

Upon verifying your request, we permanently erase all records associated with your account from our databases, including:

  • User profile information (name, registered email address, date of birth).
  • Usage metrics, customization parameters, and system history.
  • Cached credentials or third-party authentication tokens.

2. How to Request Deletion

To request account and data removal, please follow one of the methods below:

Method A: Email Request (Fastest)

Send an email to our support team with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".

Please include your registered email address or user ID in the body of the message.

Method B: In-App Menu

If the App is still installed:

  1. Navigate to **Settings** or **Profile**.
  2. Tap on **Account Management**.
  3. Select **Delete Account** and confirm.

3. Processing Time

We process standard data deletion requests within 7 business days. Once the data deletion is finalized, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that certain transactional logs may be retained temporarily to comply with payment provider regulations or tax laws.
